How long until my order ships?
Everything’s printed to order, so production takes about 2–5 business days before your package ships. You’ll get a tracking email the moment it’s on its way.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Yep, we ship worldwide. Domestic Canadian orders are fastest since they ship from a facility here at home. International orders may take longer and could be subject to customs fees charged by your country — see our Shipping Policy for details.
My order arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
Email us a photo and your order number within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement or refund. Full details in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Since every item is printed specifically for your order, we’re not able to offer size exchanges — check our Sizing Guide carefully before you buy.
Where is my merch actually made?
We work with a print-on-demand partner with production facilities across North America and Europe, including a facility here in Canada. Your order is printed at whichever facility is closest to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards at checkout. Prices are shown in CAD.
Can I pick up my order at a show instead of shipping?
Not currently — everything ships straight to your door. Keep an eye on our socials in case that changes for a future show.
