All Boy Castle merch is made to order and printed by our production partner, so please allow a little time before your gear ships.
Production time
Most items are printed and packed within 2–5 business days. Around a drop, a holiday, or right after a show, this can run a bit longer — we’ll always get it moving as fast as we can.
Shipping within Canada
We’re a Canadian band, and most of our merch ships from a fulfillment facility right here in Canada. That means no customs fees or import duties on domestic orders, and typically faster delivery than shipping in from the US or overseas.
Shipping to the US and everywhere else
We ship worldwide. International orders are typically fulfilled from whichever production facility is closest to you, and delivery can take anywhere from 5–20 business days after production depending on the destination. Orders crossing a border may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your local customs office — these are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking your order
You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the building. If it’s been a while and you haven’t heard anything, check your spam folder first, then get in touch.
Double-check your address
Because everything is printed on demand, we can’t change or cancel an order once it’s in production. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — if a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we’ll reach out to sort out reshipping, which may include an additional shipping charge.
